Joy Wang is an accomplished professional in the fields of transformation, change management, and people advisory, currently serving as Head of Transformation Change at AGL since June 2024. Previously, Joy held the position of Head of People, Change, and Communications at Transurban from October 2022 to June 2024. With a robust background at Accenture Australia from 2012 to 2022—including roles as Senior Manager and Director in Strategy & Consulting—Joy developed expertise in cross-industry advisory and talent management across various sectors. Early career experience includes serving as Managing Director at Huntpoint (Australia) Trading Pty Ltd and holding leadership roles in talent management at AIESEC. Joy holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in Finance and Management from the University of Melbourne and completed secondary education at Mac.Robertson Girls' High School.
