Lauren Wilson

Lauren Wilson is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in leading human resources initiatives across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the P&C Business and Planning Lead and P&C Project Lead at AGL since April 2021, Lauren has previously held significant roles at Treasury Wine Estates, including HR Director and Global HR Director, from January 2014 to September 2019. Prior experience includes various HR leadership positions at GE Capital from October 2006 to January 2014, and starting with various HR roles at Siemens, concluding as Senior HR Advisor from 2004 to 2006. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Management from Monash University.
