Tess Woodland

Tess Woodland is an experienced operations manager currently serving as the Operations Manager - Wind and Asset Leader - Wind and Storage at AGL since May 2022. Prior to this role, Tess held several positions at ExxonMobil from January 2018 to May 2022, including Technical Lead, Production Engineer, and Pipelines Engineer. Tess also worked as a Mechanical Engineer at AECOM from October 2016 to November 2017 and as an Onshore Facilities Surveillance Engineer at ExxonMobil for a brief period in late 2015 to early 2016, where responsibilities included collaborating with teams to evaluate constraints in exporting high CO2 gas and successfully debottlenecking the Gippsland gas system.
