Scott Phares

Scott Phares has extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as Wind Operations Manager at Portland General Electric since November 2015, where responsibilities include overseeing the Tucannon River Wind Farm and coordinating major maintenance for PGE Wind. Prior to this role, Scott worked at Vestas from January 2008 to November 2015, holding positions such as Lead Technician, SAP Planner, and Service Technician. Earlier in Scott's career, roles included Green End Supervisor at Boise Cascade Company from September 2002 to January 2008, and High Pressure Rotary Feeder Valve Project Lead at Material Science Technology Corp from March 1994 to January 2002. Scott's formal education includes studies at Clackamas Community College from 1992 to 1996.
