Tim Shaw

Tim Shaw is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and infrastructure management across various sectors, including mining and energy. Currently serving as Manager of Infrastructure Services at AGL Energy since December 2018, Tim has also held the position of Engineering Specialist at Bengalla Mining Company Pty Limited since April 2015, where responsibilities include overseeing open cut mining operations. Prior roles at Rio Tinto encompassed Project Superintendent, Operational Readiness Specialist, and Project Engineer, showcasing a depth of expertise in project management and operational readiness. Additional experience includes project engineering roles at Maintenance & Project Engineering and Brambles, where Tim managed significant infrastructure projects and ensured compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Tim holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Newcastle and an Associate Diploma in Surveying Engineering from TAFE NSW.
