Zia Haque

Zia Haque is a seasoned professional in project development and management with extensive experience in the renewable energy and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Project Development Engineer at AGL since June 2023, Zia previously held roles at Cynergy from January 2019 to June 2023, including Technical Sales/New Business Development Manager and Senior Project Manager, where significant achievements include successfully negotiating and delivering large-scale rooftop solar projects and commissioning a 470 KW solar installation at a major jute factory in Bangladesh. Prior experience includes a Project Delivery Manager role focusing on solar initiatives and managing telecom projects at ZASS-TEL, a leading telecom service provider in Bangladesh. Zia holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer System Engineering from RMIT University and a PRINCE II - Foundation certification in Project Management from MetaPM.
