Tom started their career at FedEx Office in 2005 as a Senior Production Coordinator, overseeing business accounts and managing production processes. In 2007, they worked as an Academic Tutor at Lighthouse Learning Center, where they developed curriculum and provided private instruction. In 2008, they joined AGM Container Controls as a Manufacturing Engineer, responsible for developing manufacturing aids and customizations for their ERP system. Tom then progressed to roles such as Information Technology Manager, Information Technology and Human Resources Manager, Director, and eventually Chief Financial Officer at AGM, where they oversaw various departments and played a crucial role in the company's success.
Tom Christie holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Wayne State College, which they earned from 2012 to 2014. Prior to this, they obtained a Master's Degree in Divinity/Ministry from The Master's College and Seminary between 2005 and 2008. Their undergraduate education took place at the University of Arizona, where they completed a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from 2001 to 2005. In addition to their formal education, Tom Christie has also obtained two certifications. In 2016, they received a Certificate of Completion in AMA's Course on Mergers and Acquisitions from the American Management Association. In 2015, they earned a Certificate of Completion in The Beyster Institute Certificate Program for Non-Professional ESOP Fiduciaries, offered by The Beyster Institute at the Rady School of Management.

(AGM) has led in the design and fabrication of products that control and monitor moisture (desiccators and humidity indicators), pressure, and vacuum changes (breather valves), and shock and vibration (tie-downs and shock overload indicators). These products are used for various applications in defense and aerospace, electronic, electro-optical, industrial, and commercial markets to protect and extend the life of critical equipment. We have received many awards from the Defense Department and major aerospace companies, including a Best Value Gold Medal from Defense Supply Center Richmond for nine consecutive years (2001 - 2009).
