Maayan Eilat has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. They most recently worked as a Business Operations Manager at Agmatix starting in January 2023. Prior to that, they were the Head of Sales Enablement & Operations at Zencity from January 2022 to January 2023.
From 2018 to 2021, Maayan worked at Bloomberg Philanthropies in various roles. They were an Innovation Team Director from September 2019 to February 2021, leading activities in innovation, urban renewal, and local economic resilience. They successfully implemented data-driven R&D activities and achieved measurable business outcomes. Before that, they were a Projects Manager for the i-team from January 2018 to September 2019.
In 2016 and 2017, Maayan worked at Insights.US: Solving Community Engagement as a Change Management Account Manager. They provided consultation to public organizations, conducted research, and translated data-driven analysis into actionable insights. They also supported QA activities and product development.
Maayan's earlier experience includes working as the Head of Student Involvement Department at the Ben-Gurion University Student Union from May 2014 to June 2015, as an Environmental Studies and Young Leadership Counselor at SPNI from January 2012 to May 2014, and as an International Speakers Lead for the President Peres Conference for Peace at Promarket from June 2012 to June 2013.
Their career began in the Israel Defense Forces, where they served as an Operation Officer and Division Spokesperson (Second lieutenant) in the IDF Spokesperson from December 2007 to January 2012.
Maayan Eilat completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Social Leadership from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev from 2015 to 2017. Maayan received the Mandel Foundation scholarship for their studies and graduated cum laude. Prior to their MBA, from 2012 to 2015, Maayan earned a Bachelor's degree in Politics and Government from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. Maayan graduated summa cum laude during this time. Maayan also has a background in Visual Arts and attended the Thelma Yellin School of the Arts from 2002 to 2006.
