Allison Hough

Allison Hough has extensive experience in fundraising and development within both educational and nonprofit sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Development at The Agnes Irwin School since August 2021, Allison has previously held various positions, including Interim Director of Development and Associate Director of Development and Director of Campaigns and Major Gifts. Prior to this role, Allison was the Executive Director of Philanthropy at the Pennsylvania SPCA and the Director of Development at Main Line Animal Rescue. Additional experience includes positions at Hartstrings where Allison served as Merchandise Manager, Buyer/Analyst, and District Manager, as well as Store Manager at Blue Tulip. Allison earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Psychology from Georgetown University between 2001 and 2005.
