Elizabeth Sands

Elizabeth Sands, Ed.D., CDP has extensive experience in education, specializing in reading instruction and student support. At The Agnes Irwin School, Elizabeth is a PA Certified Reading Specialist who assesses students for targeted instruction and collaborates with teachers and parents. In addition, Elizabeth serves as the Assistant Director of Lower School for Student Support, managing personnel and developing support systems. Previous roles include Director of Admissions at Country Day School of the Sacred Heart and Swarthmore Academy, where Elizabeth recruited students, organized scholarship programs, and oversaw student placements. Elizabeth holds a Ed.D. in Education Leadership and Administration from Immaculata University.
