Mariana Pinheiro Harvey

Mariana Pinheiro Harvey, P.Eng, currently serves as the General Manager at Agnico Eagle Mines Limited since February 2022, previously holding the positions of Manager of Technical Services and Chief Mine Engineer. Prior to Agnico Eagle, Mariana worked at Kirkland Lake Gold from February 2016 to February 2022 as Chief Mine Engineer, Senior Engineer, Senior Mine Planner, and Mine EIT, with responsibilities including mid and short-term forecasting, yearly metal plan development, and mineable reserves evaluation. Mariana also gained experience at St Andrew Goldfields Ltd. as Mine EIT from July 2012 to February 2016 and as an Engineering Coop Student in 2011, along with a brief stint as a Mining Engineering Technician at Coffey Mining in late 2011. Mariana holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mining and Mineral Engineering from the University of Toronto, earned between 2008 and 2012.
