Patrick Dillon

Patrick Dillon is a seasoned mining engineer with extensive experience in various roles within the mining industry. Currently serving as a Senior Mine Operations Engineer at Agnico Eagle Fosterville Gold Mine since June 2024, Patrick has held multiple positions at Agnico Eagle Mines Limited since March 2022, including Senior Mine Project Engineer and Senior Innovation and Technology Engineer. Prior experience includes Planning Engineer at Kirkland Lake Gold and multiple roles at Glencore CSA Mine, where responsibilities ranged from Mining Engineer to Graduate Mining Engineer and Mine Technician. Patrick's career began with academic training at the University of Wollongong, culminating in a Bachelor of Engineering in Mining and Mineral Engineering and later earning an MBA from the Australian Institute of Management.
