Serge Racicot

Serge Racicot is an experienced construction general supervisor, currently overseeing the Macassa project at R.G.S. Consultant Division Construction since March 2023. With a robust background in mining and construction, Serge has held roles such as general supervisor for the Amaruq project at Agnico-Eagle since August 2017 and has been involved in the Deep Mine Project and Rail Veyor Installation at Mines Agnico Eagle Limitée since December 2015. Previous positions include general supervisor at AEM for the Hope Bay project and project superintendent at Soudure DuFer, where recruitment of specialized labor for mining was a key responsibility. Early in the career, Serge gained experience in various roles within Agnico Eagle Mines Limited, including mining advisor and assistant captain in construction and development. The foundational experience in diamond drilling was acquired at Barron Diamond Drilling.
