Benjamin Goon

Benjamin Goon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management, change management, and human resources. Currently serving as Change Enablement Lead at Agoda since May 2022, Benjamin previously held the position of Senior Associate Project Manager at Digitas Malaysia, where notable achievements included co-leading the restructuring of the Confluence knowledge management platform. Prior roles included serving as a Senior Consultant in People Advisory Services at EY, focusing on SAP system implementation and organizational realignment. Earlier experience encompasses roles as Assistant Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Executive at Tomypak Flexible Packaging Sdn Bhd, where key responsibilities included workforce strategy implementation and talent management. Benjamin holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Swinburne University of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from RMIT University.
