Chi Mai Nguyen

Chi Mai Nguyen is an experienced professional in the tourism and hospitality industry, currently serving as an Accommodation Services Specialist at Agoda since November 2022, and also holds the position of Customer Experience Specialist. Chi Mai founded MAI Homestay & MAI Experiences on Airbnb in January 2018. Previous roles include Sustainability Associate at the Pacific Asia Travel Association, where technical work was performed on online learning platforms for tourism resilience, and an intern at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Vietnam, contributing to the logistical efforts of a major summit. Additionally, Chi Mai has worked as a Tourism Specialist implementing sustainable ecotourism in Phu Quoc Island, a Sales Marketing Executive at Thung Nai Hotel and Restaurant, and a Tour Guide with Discovery Indochina. Education includes a Master of Science in Business/Corporate Communications from Università degli Studi di Milano and a Bachelor's degree in Tourism Management from Hanoi University.
