Dishari Biswas

Dishari Biswas currently serves as Global Talent Lead at Agoda, with previous experience as Senior Global Talent Partner. Prior to Agoda, Dishari held the role of Talent Attraction and I&D Partner at Apple, where responsibilities included project management, compensation benchmarking, and talent assessment aimed at building diverse teams. Dishari's career also includes significant roles at Zycus and BlackRock, focusing on talent acquisition and HR operations. Dishari holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, a diploma in Aviation, Hospitality, and Traveling from the Frankfinn Institute Delhi, and a Bachelor's degree in Geography, Economics, and English Literature from JDB College. Education was initiated at St. John's School with a Senior Secondary qualification in Commerce.
