Eliana Carmel

Eliana leads Agoda’s People team, overseeing Agoda’s data-driven People function and initiatives. She joined Agoda in 2016 as Project Manager of People Operations and has held various manager and director roles in Agoda’s People team ever since.

Prior to Agoda, Eliana worked at Amdocs as Finance Operations Project Manager and TNS Telecom as Financial and Business Analyst.

Eliana holds a Master of Law, Law for Finance and Business Administration from Bar-Ilan University and a Dual BA in Economics & Business from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
