Currently serving as Associate Vice President of Customer Service Delivery at Agoda, Glenn oversees a workforce of over 5,000 employees across multiple countries, successfully improving customer satisfaction and achieving significant cost savings. Previous roles include Senior Director positions at Agoda, Director of Global Supplier Management at RoomIt by CWT, and Regional Director at Travelport, among others.
