Lalit Paul is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in technical support and management information systems. Currently serving as a Global Technical Support Engineer at Agoda since May 2022, Lalit has previously held the position of Senior Executive in Management Information Systems at Express KCS from June 2012 to May 2022, where responsibilities included L3 Desktop Support, MAC workstation support, and managing over 400 systems and 100 MAC workstations. Prior to that, Lalit worked at Wipro Infotech in Gurgaon from February 2008 to October 2011, providing desktop and server support. Lalit holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Kurukshetra University, obtained between 2001 and 2004.
