Niharika Manchanda

Niharika Manchanda currently serves as the Head of GRC & Business Resilience at Agoda, focusing on IT Risk management and business resilience strategies since February 2022. Prior experience includes a role as Manager in Financial Services at KPMG Thailand from August 2020 to January 2022, and a position in Risk Management & BCP at a confidential company from March 2020 to August 2020. Niharika's background also encompasses roles at Accenture as Risk and Compliance from January 2018 to February 2020, BT in Third Party Security from July 2016 to November 2017, DXC Technology as an Information Security Auditor from July 2012 to July 2016, and IBM as a Senior Technical Practitioner from November 2008 to July 2012. Niharika holds a Master’s Degree from Symbiosis Centre for Management Studies-Pune (2011-2013) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Commerce from Delhi University (2005-2008).
