Laura El-Katiri

Laura El-Katiri is a seasoned consultant with extensive experience in the renewable energy sector, currently serving as a Consultant for the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and as Project Lead for INETTT at Agora Energiewende. Since 2017, Laura has held various roles at the International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA), including Consultant and Policy Analyst. Additional recent positions include a Visiting Fellow at the European Council on Foreign Relations and consultancy roles at UNIDO and the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Western Asia (ESCWA). Prior to these roles, Laura was a Policy Consultant at UNOPS and a Research Fellow at the Oxford Institute for Energy Studies, following the completion of a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) at the University of Oxford.
