Lailanie Lao Gigantone has a strong background in sales, recruitment, and account management. Lailanie Lao started their career at Alorica as an Account Expert, where they handled financial accounts for a telecommunications company. After a year, they transitioned to the T-MOBILE Team of Experts, overseeing multiple departments within the account and eventually being promoted to Senior Expert.
