Maleya Neal has a diverse work experience in various roles. Maleya is currently working at Agora as a Senior Scrum Master, leading 3 Agile teams and driving over $2M in revenue. Maleya has extensive knowledge of the Scrum framework and fosters a culture of learning and continuous improvement. Prior to their current role, Maleya served as a Project Manager in the US Air Force Reserve and gained experience in guiding teams. Maleya also worked at KeyBank as a Scrum Master in the Financial Industry, focusing on developing high-value increments and training product owners and developers. Maleya started their career as an intern at Central Texas College, where they collaborated with a team of analysts and maintained Jira Dashboard for reporting and tracking progress.

Maleya Neal, CSM, SSM has an associate's degree in Information Technology from the Community College of the Air Force. Maleya also holds an associate of arts degree in General Studies from Temple College. In addition, Maleya has a bachelor's degree in Psychology from The University of Texas at Arlington.
