Noura Barakat

Noura Barakat is an accomplished legal professional currently serving as Corporate Counsel and Legal Manager at Agora since August 2021, while also being a Charter Member of TechGC, a peer community for DeputyGCs. Previously, Noura worked as an Associate Attorney at The Upper Deck Company, focusing on commercial contract review and compliance with GDPR and CCPA. Noura has extensive experience in conflict resolution from a role as a Conflict Management Specialist at Nextdoor, and has held various legal positions, including a Judicial Extern at Los Angeles Superior Court and a Summer Associate at Eversheds Sutherland. Noura earned a Juris Doctor from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco, and holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Studies from UC Irvine.
