Xuan Zhang has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. In 2009, Xuan worked as a Teacher Assistant at EF Education, where they assisted foreign teachers and led weekly outings for children. In 2010, Xuan was a Relationship Assistant in the Retail Department at Bank of Jiang Su, handling financial statement input, client registration, loan applications, and wealth management product sales. In 2011, Xuan interned as a Relationship Assistant in the Global Subsidiaries Group of Global Banking at Citibank, where they handled various administrative tasks and interacted with clients. Later that year, Xuan interned as an SAP Data Maintainer at Johnson Controls, performing data processing and analysis tasks. In 2012, Xuan worked as an SCM Operation Assistant (Intern) at Nissan, contributing to supply chain management operations. In 2013, Xuan interned as an Information System Consultant at Alcatel-Lucent. In 2014, Xuan worked as a Web Programmer at City Image Technology, utilizing programming and design skills. From 2014 to 2021, Xuan held multiple roles at HKT, including Graduate Trainee, Senior Technical Officer, Assistant Engineer, and Engineer. They were involved in various Wi-Fi projects, network planning and auditing, and testing activities. In 2020, Xuan joined China Mobile International Limited as a Service Manager, responsible for managing services. Currently, they are working as a Technical Account Manager at Agora.

Xuan Zhang pursued their education in the field of engineering and information technology. Xuan completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, specializing in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering.
