Zachary Hower

Zachary Hower has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. zachary started their career in 2007 as a Petty Officer Second Class in the US Navy, serving until 2018. After leaving the military, they worked as an Associate Project Coordinator at Intertek and Research Analyst Federal Work Study at National University in 2015. In 2016, Zachary joined CoreLogic Credco, where they worked as a Data Analyst and later as a Business Intelligence Analyst until 2018.

In 2017, they became a CRM Analyst Consultant at CircaEdu, where they built reporting solutions and connected data across different marketing platforms. Zachary then joined AddaxCRM in 2018 as a Salesforce Business Analyst Consultant, where they managed projects, gathered requirements, and created sales and service processes.

From 2018 to 2019, Zachary worked at Housecall Pro as a Salesforce Administrator, responsible for managing the Salesforce instance. zachary then joined Quest Software in 2019 as a Salesforce System Administrator Sr. Advisor, where they managed a large global Salesforce instance with over 1000 users.

In 2020, Zachary transitioned to Salesforce, working as a Senior Solutions Consultant. And in 2022, they joined Agora as a Senior Manager Sales Operations.

Zachary Hower completed their education at National University. In 2014, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Project Management. Afterward, from 2014 to 2016, they pursued further studies at National University and earned a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Data Analytics. Alongside their formal education, Zachary has also obtained various certifications related to Salesforce. In 2018, they became a Salesforce Administrator, followed by achieving the Salesforce Advanced Admin certification in December 2018. In June 2019, they obtained the Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certification. Additionally, in December 2019, they acquired the AppOps Release CPQ Data Deployment Specialist certification from Accredible. In early 2020, they obtained two more certifications, namely the Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant and the Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant. Finally, in April 2020, they completed the Salesforce Certified Field Service Lightning Consultant certification.
