Lourdes then became a UX Designer, specializing in web development, digital/multimedia content, and computer resources, from Laboratoria. Afterwards, they became a Técnico en Marketing from CIBERTEC and then a Técnico from CEPEBAN in Computación e Informática. Finally, they received certifications from Google in Build Wireframes and Low-Fidelity Prototypes, Start the UX Design Process: Empathize, Define, and Ideate, and Foundations of User Experience (UX) Design.
