W. Jacob Gardner

Jacob Gardner is a seasoned animation professional with extensive experience in the industry. As a Partner and Head of Animation at agora.studio since January 2017, Jacob has focused on producing high-quality animation in a collaborative remote setting, contributing to notable projects such as "Wish Dragon," "Star Wars Visions: Eclipse," and "Guardians of the Galaxy." Prior to this, Jacob served as an Animation Instructor at iAnimate.net, teaching various workshops on feature animation and creature motion from September 2010 to September 2019. Jacob's previous roles include Facial Animator at Eidos-Montréal, working on titles like "Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy" and "Shadow of the Tomb Raider," as well as Character Animator at DreamWorks Animation, contributing to ten feature films including "Boss Baby" and "Trolls." Jacob began the journey with a BFA in Digital Arts from Bowling Green State University, completed in 2007.
