Mika Shtrowise

Mika Shtrowise has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in talent acquisition, HR management, human resources internships, employee experience and office management, special events and operations coordination, personal assistance, recruitment coordination, and human resources officer in different companies. They have worked at Agora RE as a Talent Acquisition Specialist since May 2023 and at Mesh Security as an HR Manager from May 2022 to April 2023. Prior to that, Mika was a Human Resources Intern at Fibo from 2021 to 2022 and an Employee Experience and Office Manager at Guardio from 2021 to 2022. They also served as the Special Events and Operations Coordinator at FAKTOR EXP from 2020 to 2021, a Personal Assistant and Recruitment Coordinator at IEDC - ‎החברה הכלכלית לפיתוח ישראל from 2018 to 2020, and a Human Resources Officer in the Israel Defense Forces from 2015 to 2018.

Mika Shtrowise completed a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Reichman University between 2019 and 2022.
