Silvia Wehling is an accomplished HR professional with over 17 years of experience in human resources information systems and reporting. Currently serving as the Head of Global HRIS at AGRANA Group since October 2010, Silvia leads the global HRIS function and oversees Workday operations in more than 25 countries. Prior to this role, Silvia held positions including Functional Lead during Workday implementation and HR Manager for Controlling & Systems, where responsibilities included developing HR reporting and budgeting processes.
