Erick MacHado Silva

Erick Machado Silva currently serves as the Head of Plant Quality at Agratas since March 2024. Previous experience includes the role of Global Head of Quality at Nexeon Ltd, where responsibilities involved leading a quality transformation project aimed at transitioning the company from R&D to a commercial entity focused on battery solutions. At Britishvolt, as Head of Supplier Quality, Erick led the supplier quality team for a UK gigafactory startup. Prior roles include Global Customer Quality Leader at Johnson Matthey, where management of quality processes across multiple global sites was pivotal, and various leadership positions at Cummins Inc., including Corporate Purchasing Leader and Corporate Supplier Quality Leader, overseeing procurement strategies and global supplier management. Early career experiences spanned roles at Valeo, FANAVID, General Motors, RR Donnelley, and Simpson Industries, with educational credentials including an MBA from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and a Master of Engineering from Escola Politécnica da USP.
