Pallavi Sharma

Pallavi Sharma currently serves as the Talent Acquisition Head (Associate Director - TA) at AgreeYa Solutions since December 2019, focusing on aligning human capital to meet organizational goals and enhance social impact across various technologies. Prior to this role, Pallavi spent nearly a decade at Navisite as Assistant Manager of Talent/HR Partner, leading the design and implementation of talent strategies for multiple client groups. Earlier experience includes a position in HR at Bhart Axa. Pallavi holds an MBA in Human Resource and Marketing from JIMS and a degree in Human Resource Management from Delhi University, along with a diploma in Labour Laws from IIMT.
