Soumya Vishwanath

Soumya Vishwanath, PHR, currently serves as Associate Director of Employee Engagement at AgreeYa Solutions, a global systems integrator, since April 2016. Prior to this role, Soumya held various positions within the same organization, including Sr Employee Engagement Manager and Employee Engagement Manager, demonstrating a strong commitment to enhancing employee engagement. Earlier experience includes working as Human Resources Team Lead and Senior Human Resources Analyst at AgreeYa Solutions, as well as Human Resources Analyst at Tavant Technologies, where Soumya began a career in quality assurance. Soumya holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from MSRIT.
