Chad Bockstadter

Chad Bockstadter has extensive experience in the agricultural industry, with a focus on seed management and strategy. Chad currently holds the position of Director of Price and Product Strategy at AgReliant Genetics, LLC, a role they have been in since September 2021. Before that, Chad worked at Bayer Crop Science as both the North America Wheat Seed Account Manager and Strategic Licensing Lead from August 2020 to September 2021, and as the Wheat Licensing Manager from August 2017 to August 2020. Prior to their time at Bayer, Chad held various positions at Monsanto Company, including Regional Commercial Manager - Wheat from May 2016 to August 2017, U.S. Supply Chain Transformation Lead - S&OP from August 2015 to May 2016, Line Product Manager - Dekalb from September 2012 to August 2015, and Technical Product Representative from February 2009 to September 2012. Chad also worked at BASF as a Product Manager from May 2006 to January 2009 and as a Program Manager from 2003 to 2006. Chad'scareer in the agricultural industry began at Stauffer Seeds, where they served as a Product Manager from 2000 to 2003.

Chad Bockstadter graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 1999 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Science - Agronomy. In addition to their degree, Chad has obtained various certifications in areas such as critical leadership, critical thinking, problem solving, negotiation, strategic thinking, and storytelling with data. Chad also completed an Integrated Business Planning Course offered by Oliver Wight in 2015.
