Ulrika Eriksson

Ulrika Eriksson has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Their most recent role was as the Head of IT Group at Agria Djurförsäkring, a position they held since February 2020. Prior to that, Ulrika worked at Swedbank for a significant portion of their career, where they held various roles such as Chief Scrum Master, Product Owner, and Head of Infrastructure. Ulrika also gained experience at Volvo Information Technology, Flextronics Network Services, Etransformer AB, Telia (ProSoft), and Ericsson in different project management positions.

Ulrika Eriksson received a Master's Degree in Computer Science and System Analysis from Mid Sweden University between 1992 and 1996. Ulrika also obtained additional certifications including Certified SAFe® 6 Practice Consultant in April 2023, Certified SAFe Release Train Engineer (4.6) in March 2019, and Certified SAFe® 5 Program Consultant in June 2022.
