Riddhim Dhawan

Riddhim Dhawan has extensive experience in IT support and management, currently serving as Infrastructure and Service Delivery Manager at Agria Pet Insurance since October 2014, and previously as Technical Architect. At Cheeky Munkey Ltd, from August 2008 to September 2014, Riddhim held roles including Helpdesk Manager, overseeing a team of 12 engineers, and Senior Support Engineer. Earlier experience includes positions at Education ICT Services as a 2nd and 3rd Line Engineer, Haringey Council as a Service Desk Analyst, and Bedford County Council providing IT support. Riddhim holds multiple certifications from Microsoft and Cisco and earned an MSc in Network Security from the University of Hertfordshire.
