Francisco Alvarez is an experienced professional in the field of veterinary medicine and public health, currently serving as Coordinador de Sanidad Animal - Epidemiólogo Regional at Servicio Agrícola y Ganadero since November 1998, with prior experience as Sectorial Pecuario - Epidemiólogo.
