Manika Ganguly

Manika Ganguly has a strong background in human resources, with experience spanning over 15 years. Manika currently holds the position of Head of HR at Agrim Housing Finance since August 2021. Previously, from September 2019 to July 2021, they worked as a Senior Human Resources Consultant.

Prior to that, Manika served as the Chief Manager - HR (Subject Matter Expert) at A&A Business Consulting from April 2016 to August 2019. In this role, they provided consultations to small and medium enterprises on strategic staffing, organizational development plans, compensation and benefits, and statutory compliances.

From July 2014 to March 2016, they worked as the Manager HR & Admin at Titagarh Agrico Pvt Ltd. Manika also held the position of HR Manager at Navitas- Study Overseas Global from March 2008 to July 2014, where they developed recruitment policies, implemented a reward and recognition program, and handled HR compliance and government liaisons.

Earlier in their career, Manika worked as an Assistant HR Manager at Enhanced Wapp Systems India Pvt Ltd from May 2006 to February 2008. Manika gained experience in quality monitoring, ERP system planning, and contract labor management.

Manika started their career as a Trainee at TCS, where they gained knowledge about performance management and balanced scorecards.

Throughout their career, Manika Ganguly has showcased their expertise in various HR functions, including policy development, recruitment, compliance, and strategic planning.

Manika Ganguly pursued their education in a chronological manner, starting with their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at the Garden City College Of Science & Management Studies, Bangalore University from 2000 to 2003. Subsequently, they completed their Master's degree in Human Resources Management & Marketing from the Asia Pacific Institute Of Management from 2004 to 2006. In 2017, Manika attended the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta to obtain an Executive MBA in Human Resource Management, which they completed in 2018.
