Jamie Humphreys

Jamie Humphreys has extensive work experience in various roles within the field of operations and people management. They began their career as a Sales Assistant at Iceland Foods in 2008 and subsequently worked as a Distributor and Team Leader at Global Client Strategies, where they gained experience in sales, marketing, and customer service.

In 2014, they became an Assistant Team Leader and Fundraiser at Home Fundraising Ltd., where they worked with organizations such as Cancer Research UK and Oxfam. They then joined CPM UK as a Sales Agent, responsible for acquiring new customers and promoting the products and services offered by British Gas.

In 2015, Jamie transitioned to the role of Business Energy Consultant at Inenco Direct, where they worked closely with SMEs to identify their energy procurement strategies and facilitate smooth transitions to new contracts. They then joined BillHub as a Business Development & Account Manager, identifying and developing strategic relationships with partners and customers.

In 2018, Jamie joined acasa as a Customer Support and Operations Manager, where they built and managed the CSOps team and contributed to the development of the household management platform.

From 2020 to 2023, Jamie worked at Hopin, Europe's fastest-growing start-up, first as a People Operations Manager for the EMEA/APAC region and later as the Head of People Operations. In these roles, they were responsible for managing the global team, driving people team strategy, and overseeing the employee lifecycle.

Currently, Jamie is working as the Head of People Operations at RedCloud.

Jamie Humphreys completed a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Liverpool between 2010 and 2013. Prior to that, they attended Ysgol Syr Hugh Owen from 2003 to 2010, although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned.
