Gergana Kryakova

Gergana Kryakova has a wealth of experience in customer service and technical roles. Gergana began their career in 2006 as a waitress at Bennet's Seafood. In 2009, they moved to Ramando's Italian Restaurant, where they served as a front of the house manager, server, and hostess. In 2012, they became a Real Estate Agent at ERA Better Homes. From 2013 to 2018, they worked at First Online Solutions, where they held the positions of Customer Service Manager, Customer Service Supervisor, and Customer Care Agent. Gergana then moved to Agritask, where they currently work as a Solution Engineer and Technical Support Analyst.
