Gili Ginzburg has worked in various roles in the Human Resources field since 2008. In 2008, they worked as a Tester at Keinan-Sheffy. From 2009 to 2010, they worked as a Recruiter and Call Center's In-house Evaluator at Hever Human Resources. From 2010 to 2014, they worked as a Human Resources Recruiter and Evaluator at Amitim. From 2014 to 2017, they worked as a Private Business- Event Planning at Paam Beshana. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as an HR Business Partner and Recruitment Manager at Excellence Nessuah Investment House Ltd. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as an HR Business Partner at Gilat Telecom. Finally, from 2021 to 2022, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Lead and Employee Experience Lead at Papaya Global.

Gili Ginzburg completed a B.A in Social Behavioral Science at Ruppin Academic Center between 2004 and 2008. In 2021, they obtained a Diploma of Education from Tel-Aviv University - Lahav Executive Education, specializing in HR Strategy, organizational consulting, and management development studies.
