Luana Nagel

Luana Nagel is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in contract law, corporate law, and mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as a Senior Lawyer at Agrivalle Brasil, Luana's responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating general contracts to protect company interests. Previously, Luana held the position of Corporate Lawyer and M&A Lawyer at Magazine Luiza, where work involved preparing corporate documents, issuing legal opinions, and overseeing post-acquisition processes.
