Wayne Hay has extensive experience in engineering and facility management, currently serving as the Director of Engineering for North America at AGRO Merchants Group since August 2014. In this role, Wayne Hay focuses on establishing corporate processes for managing the company’s real estate and improving facility engineering and asset maintenance. Prior to this, Wayne Hay was with Americold from June 2001 to August 2014, where responsibilities included providing corporate engineering support for over 180 cold storage warehouses and implementing SAP Plant Maintenance and Investment Modules across the network. Wayne Hay also held positions as Project Manager and Facility Service Manager earlier in the career.
