Jenny Severi

Jenny Severi is an experienced laboratory manager and R&D technician with a focused background in food science and technology. Currently serving as a Laboratory Manager for R&D at AgroFresh since July 2016, Jenny has played a key role in organizing R&D trial operations, analyzing laboratory samples, and reporting final results. Prior to this, a position as a Food Technologist at Olitalia S.r.l. involved conducting quality analyses of edible oils. Jenny holds a Master's degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition from Università degli Studi di Perugia and a Bachelor's degree in Food Technology from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, complemented by a Scientific High School diploma with bilingual instruction.
