Kristi Reinholz

Kristi Reinholz has extensive work experience in the field of human resources, holding senior leadership positions at various companies. Kristi most recently served as the Chief Human Capital Officer at AgroFresh starting in March 2023. Prior to that, they were the Chief People Officer, North America at Unilever from 2021 to August 2022. Before joining Unilever, Kristi worked at Coty, where they held the roles of SVP and Head of HR Global Consumer and Luxury, as well as SVP HR, Global Consumer Beauty and Head of NA. Kristi also served as the CHRO, Global Consumer Health Care at Pfizer from 2014 to 2018. Kristi's earlier experience at Pfizer includes serving as Vice President, HR Global Research and Development, Sr. Director HR, Commercial BU, and Director HR, Sales. Throughout their career, Kristi has showcased their expertise and leadership in the field of human resources.

Kristi Reinholz holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from Elon University.
