Zsolt Bende

Zsolt Bende began their career in 2001 as a Trainee in the IT department of an accountant company, Euroexpert Holding Zrt., where they were responsible for the computer network, fixing software and hardware issues, and designing and developing the company's first webpage. In 2002, they joined MTT Media as a Head of Online and Full Stack Developer, where they were accountable for redesigning and managing the Yellow and White pages of Hungary, and led a team of 5+. In 2013, they co-founded a hardware-software designer and developer company called PearWilliams Hungary and served as a Digital Project Manager, creating product and company visions for clients in the startup industry. In 2015, they were the Managing Director of Virgo Creative Ltd., focusing on leading the company's Project Portfolio, Financial Management, designing and optimizing its Workflows and processes, while overseeing an agile team of 15+ of software designers and developers. In 2018, they took on the role of Product Manager and Founder at Agroninja, and in 2022, they will become the Lead Service Designer at Digitális Kormányzati Fejlesztés és Projektmenedzsment Kft.
