Gustavo Vega Gonzalez

Gustavo Vega Gonzalez is an experienced professional in production management with a strong background in the food industry. Currently serving as Sub Gerente de Producción at Agrosuper since June 2012, Gustavo leads and supervises two production plants with over 350 personnel, while fostering collaboration across various operational areas. Previous roles include Jefe de Producción at Empresas Carozzi S.A., where optimization of monthly production programs and continuous improvements were key responsibilities, and Jefe de Planta at Caletas Marinas Ltda., managing the comprehensive production process. Additional experience includes a focus on logistics and training at the Instituto Nacional de Estadisticas, consulting at Consultora G & C, and leading production at Chisal S.A. during a significant project in salmon storage and quality assurance. Gustavo holds a degree in Food Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso and diplomas in Management from Universidad de Valparaiso and Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez.
