Ximena Alejandra Medel Padilla

Ximena Alejandra Medel Padilla is an experienced professional with a background in systems analysis and software engineering. Currently serving as an Analista de sistemas BI/BO at Agrosuper since September 2012, Ximena has led several key projects, including the implementation of a maintenance cost determination model and enhancements in sales processes within BW. Previous roles include a SAP consultant and project leader in CRM and commerce cloud initiatives at Agrosuper, and prior to that, Ximena worked at Deloitte as a J2EE consultant and developer, contributing to projects for Walmart. Earlier experience includes software engineering at Sentra Software House, focusing on maintenance and migration projects for Banco BCI, and systems analysis at Publiguias, where Ximena implemented subscription systems.
