Rafael Gomes

Rafael Gomes has over 15 years of experience in the GIS field. Rafael began their career in 2004 at Imagem - Soluções de Inteligência Geográfica, where they held the roles of Consulting Services Coordinator, Support Analyst, GIS Consultant, and GIS Specialist. In 2011, they joined Optimus GIS Consultoria Empresarial as Director, where they were responsible for providing development services and consulting for the Esri System ArcGIS. In 2019, they began working at Agrotools as Operations Director.

Rafael Gomes obtained their Engenheiro de Computação degree from Universidade do Vale do Paraíba between 2002 and 2006. Prior to this, they obtained a Técnico em Processamento de Dados degree from CEFET-RN between 1999 and 2001. Rafael has also obtained several certifications from institutions such as Esri and CertiProf, including the Scrum Foundation Professional Certificate (SFPC), ArcGIS Desktop Entry 19-001, Enterprise System Design Associate 10.4, ArcGIS Desktop Associate 10.3, ArcGIS Desktop Developer Associate 10.2, Web Application Developer Associate 10.2, Enterprise Administration Associate 10.1, Enterprise Geodata Management Professional 10.1, Enterprise Geodata Management Associate 10.1, Web Application Developer Associate 10.1, Enterprise Geodata Management Professional 10, Enterprise Geodata Management Associate 10, and CertiProf Continuous Learner.
