Thiago Silva de Oliveira

Thiago Silva de Oliveira has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Thiago is currently working at Agrotools as a Chapter Lead, starting in February 2022. Prior to this, they worked at SONDA as an Operations Manager, where they were responsible for building a support team and maintaining a portfolio of applications. Thiago was also involved in project management and crisis management.

Before their role at SONDA, Thiago owned and operated Box 01 Lava Rápido, a business they started in May 2017 and ran until December 2018. Thiago also worked at Johnson & Johnson as an IT Lead and Scrum Master from September 2013 to June 2016. At Mars, they served as a Supervisor, overseeing critical incident management, problem management, and team performance.

Thiago's early career includes working at OnSet Tecnologia as an Infrastructure Administrator based at Johnson & Johnson's client site from August 2006 to May 2010. Thiago also gained experience as a Support Analyst at Prefeitura Municipal de Ipatinga, where they were responsible for server support, infrastructure policy implementations, and migrations.

Thiago Silva de Oliveira's education history begins in 2002 when they enrolled in Centro Universitário do Leste de Minas Gerais. Thiago pursued a Bachelor's degree in Systems Information and graduated in 2006. Following this, they furthered their education by obtaining a Post-graduation degree in Project Management with an emphasis on PMI and the IT area. This was completed from 2009 to 2010, during which they attended an MBA program in Project Management, utilizing the PMI methodology. In addition to their academic pursuits, Thiago also obtained additional certifications. In 2010, they acquired an ITIL certification from EXIN your ICT competence partner. Later in 2017, they earned the Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) certification from Scrum.org.
